You can directly search for the product on the website by using the search field provided at the top of every page. However, please note that certain products may not be available for online purchase or may be available in our retail stores.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Our delivery date depends on the product that you select. Normally we deliver products with in 10 working days. These 10 working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and other festive holidays.
How will the delivery be done?
We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Blue Dart. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
How safe is my product?
Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like Blue Dart. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
Does Josalukkasonline deliver internationally?
Josalukkasonline doesn't deliver items internationally as yet, but we will do so very shortly!
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?
If it is not shipped as yet, you can change the shipping address or else Josalukkasonline will coordinate with our courier partners to get your purchase delivered to the new address. Please contact our Customer Delight Team at 1800-2000-175. If your address cannot be changed because your jewellery is already in transit, we will reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned to us.
