Cancellation Policy
- There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned to your card account.
- Customers can cancel a ready-to-ship order before it has been dispatched. If a cancellation request is received for such an order, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, the refund will be issued after deducting the payment gateway service charges, which may range from 0.5% to 4%, depending on the payment method used. The remaining amount will be credited back to the customer's account (the same account from which the original payment was made).Please be aware that gold coins, bars, and solitaire orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.(Please note: If a fraud alert, dispute, or chargeback indicating suspicious activity is received before an order is dispatched or delivered, we will deduct the applicable payment gateway service charges from the refund.
