Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping within India on all online orders. We strive to ensure safe and timely delivery of all products. We deliver to almost all pincodes across India through the trusted secure courier partner.

Availability and Dispatch:
- Most products are readily available and dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive your order within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Make on Request Jewellery:
- Certain fast-selling jewellery items are made on request. These are dispatched within 8-10 days of ordering and will reach you within 11-15 working days. Dispatch details are available on each product page next to the "Buy Now" button.
Communication and Tracking:
- We will notify you about your order placement via Email and SMS, and provide updates through WhatsApp or voice call if there are any delays. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided for you to track your shipment with our secure courier partner.
Shipping Method:

Damaged or Tampered Packages:
- If your package is damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery. Contact our customer service immediately at 1800 212 4558 (Mon-Sat, 10:00 am - 5:30 pm) or email us at [email protected] with your order reference number. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Signature and ID Proof:
As we handle high-value shipments, the courier may request a photo ID upon delivery. Accepted ID proofs include:

- Aadhar Card
Change in Delivery Address :
